I just decided to "go to the dark side" and actually buy a MacMini so that I could do iPhone development. After a week or so of owning a Mac I must say that I'm actually quite impressed with the OS and system.
I friend of mine showed me a great book to purchase and the author even has a blog too.

i've been wanting a mac for awhile now. the airbooks are super sweet. but this whole, saving for a house thing has hardware upgrades and side project on the back burner. have fun!!!
I guess we are traitors to the apple because we've owned a couple and really liked them. But then they just died on us recently and we ended up switching to a p.c.
I'm glad you like your Mac though. We do miss the cool graphics sometimes.
